LEXIE
OCCUPATION: Former student
SPECIES: Human GENDER: Female FAMILY: Father and mother (both deceased). HEIGHT: 183cm RACE: mulatto. PET: a dog PERSONALITY: She hates both being a burden and someone being a burden to her. Tends to over think. Is a dog person.Tends to think she‘s better and „righter“ than others in her mind. LANGUAGES SPOKEN: Afrikaans, English, Dutch, a bit of French. SEXUALITY: Heterosexual SETTING: Lived in Cape Town, South Africa. When she was 21 when „the event‘‘ happened. The magnetic fields of the solar system planets started to rapidly grow and this triggered a mass nuclear „apocalypse“. All power-stations, bombs, ect. exploded, millions died, hardly any newborns were born without serious mutations, plants started to mutate too, large cities and towns became entirely radioactive, those who survived started moving to deserted places before the event to survive. Europe, Eastern Asia (Japan, China, South and North Korea and so on) and USA are completely deserted places due to explosions and other happenings. There's not a single human being there and everyone's avoiding this direction. The global warming has stopped however the opposite reaction started, it‘s becoming colder. BACK STORY: Lexie‘s mother died during the event, her father died of leukemia two weeks after the event was „officially“ over. She moved from the city without looking back as she didn‘t have who to miss. She decided to find a way from Cape Town to Breede River (north from Cape Town), hoped to stay and live there as it provides with water and food, there are mountains near by (more animals and plants as possible food). On her way to Breede River she found a stray puppy and decided to keep it as it can be a handy companion both for defense and finding food. The puppy was female. She never gave a name to the dog as she was afraid the name will make it harder for her to say goodbye when it passes away. LIKES: handmade clothing, reading, fish DISLIKES: snakes TRIVIA: She liked to read before, now she writes on random papers she finds or with chalk on pavement, stones because she is afraid to forget how to read and write due to the lack of civilization. |
